Berea Ames is a graphic designer and brings curiosity, compassion, empathy, and knowledge to every emerging idea. She was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and attended Milwaukee Intuition of Art and Design (MIAD), receiving a B.F.A major in Communication Design and minor in Book Arts. Throughout Berea studies at MIAD, she developed versatile skills in typography, layout and composition, packaging, information graphics, and identity design. As well as being awarded Dean List, MIAD Admissions Scholarship, MIAD Grant and Alumni Thesis Scholarship. 
Berea comes from a family of fourteen siblings, eleven being adopted out of foster care. The arts have always played an important role in who she is starting at five years old with Classical Ballet which after 15 years of mastery led to her greatest love: fashion and design. Berea uses her knowledge, skills of research, and drive to excel to create empowering creative solutions. These skills allow her to readily adapt to different design clients, opportunities and experiences. She has worked at Tommy Hilfiger in the Print & Pattern/ Home Licensing Design Department in NYC and freelanced with JustWulf, NACAC- Adoptive Foster Kinship Connections, and WI ReDefined.
